Amaral Tax Group is operated as single member LLC specializing in Small Business, Trusts or decedent returns, and Individual Tax preparation. Located in downtown Morgan Hill, this all women team is here to serve the local community and beyond with in-person and remote technology support.

I have been preparing taxes since 1985, after obtaining my very first paying job! I’ve often helped friends and family with tax prep over the years. I earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies, with a background in administrative marketing and small business management. I decided to prepare tax returns professionally in 2004, at the recommendation of Stan Skelton, CPA. H&R Block offered a great opportunity for me to further my understanding of taxation and I quickly advanced within a local franchise as Tax Instructor, Office Manager, and Marketing Director for 3 adjoining districts. I decided to advanced my worth by earning the Enrolled Agent designation with the IRS in 2011. Employment with H&R Block served a great purpose in my life; I was able to maintain my role as mother hen while developing a career I had no idea I would come to love so much! I often say this career chose me, rather than my choosing it! The relationship I develop across the table with my clients has assured me this is the right career for me! I genuinely enjoy helping small business owners, the homeowner, the firefighter, the student, the newly arrived non-resident, the teacher–Taxpayers! They come in all shapes, sizes, colors and creeds. I am here to serve them!

She is a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, concentration in Accounting. Since graduation in 2007 she has worked with Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents, and Accounting Specialists. She obtained her Enrolled Agent license in 2011 and is currently holds an Officer position on the MSEA Board of Directors.
When she is not working with tax rules and regulations, she enjoys spending time with her son and listening to him play his guitar.
